Privacy Policy

Cute kids. Encodable Industries will never share any of your personal information with anyone outside of Encodable Industries, unless required by law to do so.  The only item we may be interested in sharing is your website address and screenshot, to put on our portfolio page, but we will not do that either if you'd rather we don't.

Software Delivery Policy

All software is delivered via email.  During normal US business hours you will usually receive your software within 15 minutes of completing your purchase.  Outside of business hours, it may take until the next business day to receive your software.

Return Policy

As with many software companies, we cannot offer a refund once a product has been delivered, since there is no way to guarantee full return of the software.  That is why we provide online demos and/or freely-downloadable trial versions of our products.  If the trial version of a product works properly on your server, then the paid version will too, so you can be sure you will not end up with a defective product.
